Review: Nice set up, right from the beginning there is a great build up of sexual tension. The story is short and every page was a pleasure to read. You won’t want to skim because in addition to hot sex, (and it’s nice to see some girl on girl action) the story is solid. I wanted to see Sabrina’s needs met and her connection with Nick and Madeline was perfectly balanced. I hate when one character seems to be left out of the ménage. That doesn’t happen here. A solid short story and totally worth reading.

Review: Very nice. A good fast read that was not only packed with emotion but characters that I really wanted to connect to. A well executed story that contained all it needed to satisfy...and then gave a bit more ;)

Review: Youch!!! OMG what a hot read. The blurb just doesn't do justic for what JM has created here. HOT HOT HOT and all that with characters that I just loved to love :) A total winner for me and one that I plan on reading again....and again :)

 Review: Love it, loved it, loved it. DC Juris has found the right ingredients for a perfectly blended story. History, lots of history on both Mark and Gabe, but I never once felt like there was a huge dumping of information. Secondary characters, and there are several, but none overwhelm or take the primary focus off Gabe and Mark. A relationship that doesn’t come easy but builds slowly so it’s believable. And all of this done in a short story. This isn’t my first DC Juris story, but it’s my favorite so far. Light humorous moments and emotionally gut wrenching scenes, and lest not forget sex that made me sweat and pant. So yeah, nuff said, this one works.

Review: you know...normally I don't really dig romance stories with characters who have grown kids but I have to say that there was just something about this one that really rocked for me. Funny, witty and emotional, this one had it all for me. The baggage of the past and the concerns for the future. Characters that had layers and all worked well together to really make the story pop.

Review: Totally hot! While I am not always overly fond of men who are so over the top, Cade just makes it easy to want...I mean like him ;) There were parts of this tale that really surprised me. Sometimes things that happened, or the way the heroine acted would have normally caused me to roll my eyes and groan but for some reason this story just made them work for me.

Holden rocked this tale and really made it come to life for me. Thank you :)

Review: I found the premise to the story delightful but there were some things that caused it to fall a little short for me. If you go into this one expecting a hero who is a dominating, pushy, high-handed stud then you will be thrilled. While the heroine, Andy, wants to tell him to shove it….she never really does.

Several editing issues with misspelled, missing words or the wrong word altogether. Incorrect punctuation is a variety of places through the story. Sentences that just read funny and seemed to have words in the wrong place. All of these made this story very hard to read at times.

Now, does that mean that I hated the story? No, I just think that there were things that could have been polished to really make it shine. I think that I would like to read more from Ms Shortt before I place her on my Must Read list J

Review: The story is fantastic until the last few pages. But don’t let that stop you from reading it. Just know that you’ll have one of those moments that make you think “huh.” I thought it was corny and over the top. However the writing has such a nice tone. It was easy to read, enjoyable, sexy, and entertaining. There’s passion, action and tummy tugging moments so I’m a happy romance reader.

Review: Not bad :) I am a sucker for second chance romance and this one was a good example of one done well. Characters that you can connect with, a plot that works and emotion that just falls off the pages. It wall just clicked in the way that Ms Rhys penned this story. Hot and sexy all the way.

Review: One of the things that I love about inspy is how it makes me feel when I read it. Not only while but after. The way I can tell a GOOD inspy is by how long and how strong the felings are. This one was a winner for me :)
