Blurb: Keenan Swanson is your typical, everyday graphic designer. Well, except for the hundreds of pesky, prank-loving poltergeists that make his life interesting (in a Chinese curse sort of way). He finds his situation precarious yet manageable—until witty, smoking-hot coworker Isabella enters the scene, and Keenan decides he wants her all for himself. With a horny succubus who has other ideas, a burly city cop determined to lock Keenan away, and an evil entity who’s hell-bent on using Keenan’s seed to create a living demon, the reluctant psychic realizes he just might not come out of this alive—or with his heart intact.

Review: Imagine your life was filled with ghosts. They're everywhere. They show up when you least expect it, and they definitely show up when you don't want them to. Keenan Swanson has this problem, and this is his story.

The first third of the book took me awhile to get fully invested. It felt like the scenes jumped around too much, and there were times I was reading a flashback, going back in time to parts of Keenan's life that I wasn't even sure had relevance to the story. But about a third of the way, the plot and pace picked up, and my interest perked up.

The book is full of situations that got a giggle out of me, and the characters, especially the ghosts, were intriguing and fun. All around this was a pretty fun story, once you get past a slow beginning. I like a good paranormal story that has ghosts in it.

Blurb: Snooping is risky business…sometimes it pays off in unexpected ways.

Jenn has been in love with her best friend since college and despite their years apart she is determined to at least find out if he has any interest in her. When the opportunity opens up in the form of a job interview in his hometown, she jumps on a plane with a plan to see what happens.

Riley walked away from Jenn after college to explore and understand the dark side of him that harbored needs he knew she was too young to understand. They kept in touch and after years of exploration into his kinks, he's decided the time for hiding the truth from the woman he loved has come to an end.

When Jenn finds a BDSM book and a flyer for a local sex club in his condo, she is both shocked and intrigued. Riley catches her red-handed snooping through his things and dares her to give him and his lifestyle a chance. Two days to explore her potential submissive side and see where it leads.

With no hesitation and barely a thought to how far he might go, she jumps at the chance to prove she’s the woman for him, even if it’s just for the weekend.

Review: Hot and Sexy, this one had all the right moves. OF course...I am a huge friends to lovers fan.

Hot, dirty sex between these two was enought to spark a blaze and then some. I really enjoyed it. With enough emotion and tactile sensations to really make the story pop, I found myself a little sad when it was over....I wanted more :)

Blurb: When Rebecca Iversen graduated from college, she headed home with nothing on her mind but wedding plans. Less than a month later her plans were in ruins when she discovered she was pregnant the same week her fiance was arrested for selling drugs. Anxious to provide legitimacy for her child, she married Tom while he was still in jail. Years later, Becky finally divorced him, resolved to make a peaceful life for her children and herself.

When the reunion invitation from Karen arrived in her e-mail, her Aunt Mary urged her to take the time to enjoy a little adult time at the reunion.

Young Joe Harris lived across the street from the old Victorian where Becky lived during college. He spent those years secretly yearning for the “older woman”. Now that Becky is back and single, Joe plans to do everything in his power to convince her that he’s exactly the man she needs.

Review: Prisoner of the Heart was laden with emotional poignancy. In a short story there isn’t room for a lot of set up but is here was great and gave good insight to the characters. I liked Joe from the moment he steps onto the page. The older woman/younger man aspect of the story isn’t really what I expected. This story went beyond age. It was about two emotionally broken people. Joe knows what he wants and has “lived” enough to know that Rebecca has always been the one for him. Rebecca might not have realized Joe’s potential when they were young, but he’s all man now. Yum. The story was solid. A few places the timeline seemed a bit out of place, but Ms. Cook quickly grounds her readers back into the story.

Blurb: What Fran Jamison and Jack Gerrard have in common, you could balance on the head of a pin. And to make things worse, Jack blew his chances to hell back in High School with the BBW.

Neither goes to their 10th college reunion expecting sparks to fly, but when they collide in the airport, painful old memories quickly evaporate to make way for two people desperately needing to scratch 12-year-old itches.

Jack royally blew it when he let other people's opinions stop him from pursuing the 5'11" bombshell so many years back, and by the time he realized he was a jackass and tried to apologize, a traumatized and hurt Fran had shredded his ego in public, leaving him to lick his wounds and move on.

She thought she would hate him on sight. She didn't. She thought she could walk away. She couldn't. She certainly didn't expect to find herself making out like a madwoman on the hood of a borrowed car in the airport parking ramp. But she did expect one thing...she was not going to walk away again. Not when he was so damn good at scratching those itches...

Review: Have you ever wondered what could have been with that guy? You know the one, the one you just can't seen to stop thinking about no matter how much time has passed?

I enjoy a good second chance story. Always have. They story was well written, hot (in true Fran Lee style) and meaningful. two characters overcome bumps along the way and insecurities to find their way to satisfaction in the end.

I bought the story and the situations, the conflict and the resolution, but at times I didn't really believe it. But as a whole, it was a good read and I would recommend it.

*SNAPS* Ms Lee on another story added to an already impressive portfolio.

Blurb: Chris has been through hell, is about to be homeless, and her situation is showing no signs of improvement. She knows there is no such thing as a knight in shining armor—she learned that the hard way. Now she's on the brink of total disaster with no champion to save her.

Tonio is being shoved toward an unwelcome, unwanted marriage, and is quickly running out of options. It boils down to a choice between getting hogtied to a woman he can't stand, or quickly finding an attractive substitute who can be the band-aid he needs, without becoming a full-body cast.

When Chris and Tonio meet, fate intervenes with a vengeance. They each make assumptions about the other’s lifestyle choices, and assume that a no strings attached relationship between them is the perfect solution. But you know what they say happens when you assume…

Review: *Sigh* Have you ever read a story that is so romantic, touching, and heartwarming that when you got to the end you wanted to start it all over? Filled from e-cover to e-cover with hysterical laughs, a sexy Latin man and a totally funny misunderstanding this novel will have you in stitches till the end :)

I rolled every time Chris got interrupted during her dreams. The "misunderstanding" between her and Tonio was a riot that I have not seen the likes of in a long time. And the ending was totally worth it :)

Ms. Lee, chalk up another winner to your list of published works. I am thrilled that my eyes have been opened to you as an author. Rest assured that Ms Lee will remain on my reading list for as long as she has new titles coming out :)
