Review: Not quite what I expected. Though to tell you the truth…I’m not sure what I expected.

The mechanics of the sex were hot and even though there were times when the dialogue was 70’s porno cheesy, it was okay. I guess maybe I expected something a little dirtier, grittier….naughtier than what I got. I barely got the gyno feel aside from the fact that she was on a gyno table and the men kept calling each other Doctor.

There was a part of me that, until the final scene, kept hearing porn music in my mind :) Berm-chicka-berm-berm. Roxie “creamed” a good bit, which is fine, but I could have used some other words as the descriptive rather than the same one over and over. Once the actual “sex” got going it was over pretty quick. The foreplay up until then was moderately arousing, but got doused quickly by the cheesy lines.

I think that the plot had great potential but just failed to deliver for me. Like I said, not really sure what I was expecting…but I didn’t get it. No tingles, twinges, tugs or necessary wetness when reading this one.

Review: You know, I really enjoy a book that has well developed characters, a plot that is solid, twists, a bad guy, tension......yeah, I like it all.

Nice Girl Naughty definitely has some hot sex, good characters and a plot that was well thought out. However for me there were some stumbles with her blindness that just didn't seem to fit. A few times there was some choreography that just made me scratch my head while I tried to envision what was happening. In several spots the wording was very jarring and just didn't flow well causing me to stumble.

That being said I still have to say that for the most part the story was well done and I wanted to keep reading to see what was going to happen. This is an author that I would like to see more from.

This little tale was well written, hot and sexy. The love scenes were smoking and the characters easy to like. I loved the description of the chocolate shapes that were referenced in the story. Hmm wonder if I can find any locally? One in particular ;) I really began to connect with the heroine in this story as we follow her and we see her fears of an arranged marriage to two virtual strangers. In the end I have to say it all worked out and I was glad I was along for the ride :)
