Review: Willing is a great story that sucked me in, held me tight and wouldn’t let me go. The action is fast and the characters interesting. The sex is hot and passionate. This story was an adventure until the end and Able’s story began. But I did have a problem with the transition from Willing to Able. The relationship between Colt and Jonathon is left hanging and the story of Able begins. I understand why the authors constructed the story the way they did. They needed the tension between Colt and Jonathon to continue into Able’s story. The problem is that we don’t really get to see the resolution for them. Yes, by the end of Able, all is clear, but anticlimactic. It was like watching a movie and only being told the ending. I didn’t get to see it, feel it, or enjoy it which did take some of the pleasure of reading this story away.
As for Able’s story. The action was just as fast and exciting. The plot thickens and stakes for all the characters are higher. What’s lacking is the sexual tension. Yes, there is graphic sex and it’s hot, but there is never any question that DJ and Bryan are together and will continue to be.
On a whole, the story is entertaining, sexy, and full of hot cops! It’s was seriously good and a story I didn’t want to put down.
