Contemporary Western Romance

Blurb: Every woman needs a little danger in her life, but what's perilous about a wildlife shoot in the beautiful Montana wilderness? Armed with only a camera, Lacey Weston treks through the rough terrain and captures more on film than she bargains for-the murder of another young woman.Fearing for her life, Lacey flees the scene and stumbles straight into the path of a man who strongly resembles the murderer. Sheriff Danger Blackstone, with his piercing gray eyes and rugged physique, could be the man in her undeveloped pictures. With nowhere else to run and hide, Lacey must decide if she dares to trust her life to the only person who can protect her, one whose apparent grudge against Anglo females makes him less than approachable-the very man she suspects of murder. This suspenseful romance-packed with action, hard-bodied cowboys and long, hot nights-gives a whole new meaning to the Wild West.

Review: Ok, so let me just start by saying WOW! A total roller coaster ride that is sure to please from beginning to end. Filled with funny, laugh out loud one liners and great spots that will make your sides hurt. Hot, smokin sex between a sexy stud and a beautiful woman in the wild Montana mountains. Teeming with suspense, this is a story you just gotta read.

Hold on to your seat because the second installment of the Montana Men series is just as good as the first. I have read both books several times and find myself not so patiently waiting for the third book, To Close To The Fire, that is supposed to come out some time late summer.

This series is filled to the brim with characters that will sink into your heart and never let go. You will wonder about them when you aren't between the pages with them. There are five books slotted to round out the series and all I can say is hurry, hurry, I want them all now!!!!!

Please be aware that there is very graphic sexual content and a forced sexual scene in the second of the series, No Holds Barred. The scene is NOT used as titillation. It is used so you understand the sick inner workings of the serial killers mind.

Wonderful to see my sentiments expressed about this talented writer. When someone can combine so many elements in a book, hold your attention, make you laugh, cry, and that's an author I want to read. :) AND HAVE.
